تُدير تطبيقات إنجز (Engiz Market) — بما فيها تطبيقات «إنجز» و«الإيمان» للعملاء والتجّار — جهةٌ فردية غير مسجَّلة كشركة. باستخدامك التطبيق فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط. إن لم توافق عليها فيُرجى عدم استخدامه.

طبيعة الخدمة

إنجز منصّة تتيح للتجّار عرض متاجرهم ومنتجاتهم، وتتيح للعملاء تصفّحها وإرسال الطلبات. المتجر هو البائع، وهو المسؤول عن منتجاته وأسعاره وتوفّرها وتجهيز الطلب وتوصيله. إنجز ليست طرفًا في عقد البيع بين العميل والمتجر.

الحساب

• أنت مسؤول عن صحة بياناتك وعن النشاط الذي يتم عبر حسابك.
• يجب ألّا تستخدم التطبيق لأي غرض مخالف للقانون، أو لنشر محتوى مضلِّل أو مسيء أو منتهك لحقوق الآخرين.
• يحق لنا إيقاف أي حساب أو متجر يخالف هذه الشروط.
• يمكنك طلب حذف حسابك وبياناتك في أي وقت من صفحة حذف البيانات.

الدفع بالتحويل (إنستا باي والمحافظ الإلكترونية)

التحويل يتم مباشرةً من العميل إلى حساب المتجر الخاص. إنجز لا تستلم هذه الأموال ولا تحتفظ بها ولا تعالجها في أي مرحلة، وبالتالي:

• المتجر وحده يستطيع تأكيد وصول التحويل ومراجعة الإيصال.
• لا تستطيع إنجز إلغاء أي تحويل أو استرجاعه أو ردّ قيمته.
• أي خلاف بشأن الدفع أو الاسترداد أو جودة المنتج يكون بين العميل والمتجر، ولا تتحمّل إنجز مسؤولية عنه.
• على العميل التأكّد من هوية المتجر قبل إرسال أي مبلغ، ويمكنه الاطّلاع على بيانات المتجر وروابطه من صفحته.

الدفع عند الاستلام يتم بين العميل والمتجر مباشرةً كذلك.

الطلبات والإيصالات

قد يُحجز المخزون للطلب مدةً محدودة بانتظار الدفع، وقد يُلغى الطلب تلقائيًا إذا انتهت المهلة قبل إرسال إيصال الدفع. حالة الدفع التي تظهر في التطبيق تعكس ما أكّده المتجر، وليست تأكيدًا من إنجز لوصول الأموال.

اشتراكات التجّار

• قد تتطلّب بعض مزايا المتاجر اشتراكًا مدفوعًا، تُعرض باقاته وأسعاره داخل التطبيق قبل الدفع.
• يتم دفع الاشتراك بالتحويل إلى حساب إنجز مع إرسال صورة الإيصال، وتُراجع الإيصال يدويًا؛ ولا يُفعَّل الاشتراك إلا بعد الموافقة عليه.
• قد يُرفض الإيصال إذا لم يتطابق مع المبلغ أو الحساب، ويمكنك إعادة المحاولة.
• إذا انتهى الاشتراك فقد تتوقّف المزايا المرتبطة به، ولا يؤدي ذلك إلى حذف بياناتك.
• أي طلب استرداد لقيمة اشتراك يُراسَل به الدعم ويُنظر فيه حالةً بحالة.

محتوى المتاجر

يتحمّل التاجر مسؤولية المحتوى الذي يرفعه (النصوص والصور والأسعار) وسلامة حقوقه فيه. ويمنح إنجز ترخيصًا محدودًا لعرضه داخل المنصّة لتشغيل الخدمة فقط.

حدود المسؤولية

تُقدَّم الخدمة «كما هي» دون ضمان لتوفّرها دون انقطاع أو خلوّها من الأخطاء. وبالقدر الذي يسمح به القانون، لا تتحمّل إنجز مسؤولية عن أي خسارة ناتجة عن معاملة بين عميل ومتجر، أو عن عدم تنفيذ المتجر لطلب، أو عن تحويل مالي أُرسل إلى حساب متجر.

تعديل الشروط

قد نُحدّث هذه الشروط من وقت لآخر، ويظهر تاريخ آخر تحديث أعلى الصفحة. استمرارك في استخدام التطبيق بعد التحديث يعني موافقتك على الشروط المعدَّلة.

القانون الواجب التطبيق

تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين جمهورية مصر العربية، وتختص المحاكم المصرية المختصة بالنظر في أي نزاع ينشأ عنها.

Engiz's apps — including the "Engiz" and "Eman" customer and merchant apps — are operated by an individual, not a registered company. By using the app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

What the Service Is

Engiz is a platform where merchants list their stores and products and customers browse them and place orders. The store is the seller and is responsible for its products, prices, availability, preparing the order and delivering it. Engiz is not a party to the sale between a customer and a store.

Your Account

• You are responsible for the accuracy of your details and for activity under your account.
• You must not use the app for anything unlawful, or to post misleading, abusive or infringing content.
• We may suspend any account or store that violates these terms.
• You can request deletion of your account and data at any time from the data deletion page.

Payment by Transfer (InstaPay & Mobile Wallets)

The transfer goes straight from the customer to the store's own account. Engiz never receives, holds or processes this money. Therefore:

• Only the store can confirm that your transfer arrived and review your receipt.
• We cannot reverse, refund or recover a transfer.
• Any dispute about payment, refunds or product quality is between you and the store, and Engiz accepts no liability for it.
• Customers should check who they are paying before sending money; store details and links are on the store page.

Cash on delivery is likewise settled directly between the customer and the store.

Orders & Receipts

Stock may be held for an order for a limited time while payment is awaited, and the order may be cancelled automatically if the deadline passes before a payment receipt is submitted. The payment status shown in the app reflects what the store has confirmed; it is not confirmation by Engiz that money has arrived.

Merchant Subscriptions

• Some store features may require a paid subscription; plans and prices are shown in the app before you pay.
• Subscriptions are paid by transfer to Engiz's account with a receipt image. Receipts are reviewed manually, and a subscription is activated only after approval.
• A receipt may be rejected if it doesn't match the amount or account, and you can try again.
• If a subscription ends, the features tied to it may stop; your data is not deleted as a result.
• Refund requests for a subscription should be sent to support and are considered case by case.

Store Content

Merchants are responsible for the content they upload (text, images, prices) and for having the rights to it. They grant Engiz a limited licence to display it within the platform solely to operate the service.

Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is", with no guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, Engiz is not liable for any loss arising from a transaction between a customer and a store, a store's failure to fulfil an order, or a transfer sent to a store's account.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the last-updated date appears at the top. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the competent Egyptian courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
